Just chuckin up a quick re-do of girly gnome (we've gotta settle on some names) to get some feedback on it. Also a doodle of what i think the hands should look like- not exactly like this but varients of this design.
yeah i would say she was basically there....not sure about the sparsed sort of hair that, think it should be smoother...sleeker...could be seen as a bit scruffy. Otherwise i would say shes there. Proportion of her arms should be a bit bigger tho...her hands look miniscule. hand designs cool, like u say varients of it tho but thats such a tiny detail at this stage. nice work!
